Hi everybody, change of plan!! .
Same day, same time, but we will all be meeting up at the bottom of calton hill at the wee roundabout at 12pm, where from there it will be onwards up to Regents road, and up to Abbeymount, then downhill to Holyrood Park for fun and entertainment , Hope to see you all there. The walking distance is shorter and none is uphill. Walking time is expected to be around 30 minutes.
To mark the two year anniversary of the Scottish independence referendum, the Yes Bikers travelled from Holyrood to Glasgow Green in support of a rally to keep up the momentum of the Yes movement and calls for a second referendum on independence.
Unfortunately, I didn't manage to meet the group at their Coatbridge stop off due to roadworks, diversions and my terrible sense of direction.
Luckily though, I made it in time to join the back of the convoy as they arrived at Glasgow Green for the rally.
