We will ride A78 turning left onto A79 following A79 all the way down into Ayr . At the junction with the A719 roundabout we will take the third exit off the roundabout and then turn left into Garden Street and down to River Street where we will regroup and check on progress of March . On confirmation that the March is nearing the end point we will set off again over New Bridge , down New Bridge Street and left onto Fort street ,right onto Wellington Square left on Wellington square and right onto Pavillion Road . Finally turning left onto the Esplanade and up Esplanade to park . Finally if youve read all the way to the end of this route " you are leading" :-)

Fairways car park IV2 6AA.. then head down into the town via Culduthel Road, then head over Ness bridge, turning left onto Ness walk and go right along to and past the Bught Park.. / Fisherman’s Hut. All the way round the park outer then onto Glenurqyhuart Road and back across the Ness Bridge, up by the Castle and then onto the Castle Heather Park to End . On route we will be Passing bught park with the march forming up, then continuing through the town to castle Heather park to wait to meet the march again as they get to the end where we can join in with them on the park

Meeting for bikes and cars Edinburgh will be saltire motorcycles from 10am leaving 10.20 parking for cars can be found in the industrial estate along from saltire bikes normal location at saltire, Route will be Calder road onto M8 at hermiston, joining the M9 to take us to the slip for the forth crossing then onward to perth briefly stopping at Broxden park and ride to pick up a car convoy and bikes from north east. Quick second brief then back onto the M90 round onto the A93 slowing to pick up 125s at bridge end co op Main Street perth on the A93. Onwards then to Scone Blairgowrie and so on until Glenshee hopefully for around 1.30 /2pm. Bikes & cars from Elgin meeting from 10am Asda Elgin IV30 6YQ car park at side leaving 10.30. Route will be Elgin Fogwatt Craigellachie Aberlour Granton on Spey Crathie Braemar Glenshee. John Hannagan will be representing Yesbikers admin on the Elgin ride leading the group and giving a brief on the morning. On both convoys bikes will lead then the cars. Keep spacing so other drivers can pass through the convoy and go about their day we’re not out to upset other road users. Most of all enjoy the day. Meet up at castle view park & ride 12.00 leaving 12.30 to ride into Stirling, we will form up for the march for independence to pass us on Kings Park Road. After the march has passed we will then ride to Bannockburn park up and join in the rally on Bannockburn field. On kings park road we will make some noise when the march is approaching, then cut the engines, we had some complaints last time on this one with the bikes being so close to the march, some dogs got spooked. So engines off as the march gets to the first bikes.

Ok so as this is a short march and we’re lining the street for the march to pass through us we’re doing this in 2 parts. Meet 1 will be at Abington services from 10am leaving 10.45 sharp to ride a non motorway route down to Dumfries passing through the villages as we go, this way we’re spreading the message far further than just Dumfries. We will ride to the 2nd meet point that’s at the Tesco car park in cuckoo bridge retail park arriving at 11.45, we will then regroup pick up the bikes that did not come on the longer route and set off again at 12..00 to ride down to white sands and line the roadside for the march. After the marchers pass you can join them in the park on foot for anything that’s going on.

Meet up at saltire from 11.00 leaving 12.30 we will be riding from saltire to the Scottish parliament to ride past the march when they get to Holyrood, route will be from saltire over Gorgie Rd and down to the roundabout at Stenhouse cross turning right, heading east and turning right onto ballgreen road, along to the roundabout turning left to take us to the western approach road, ride to the t junction on Lothian road turning right onto Lothian Rd, up to the next left onto bread street then following the road down the grassmarket, cowgate, holyrood road and into holyrood park to the parliament, few loops of the Parliament then park up for a brief blether. Plan after Is to then head down the East Lothian coast.

Meet up from 11.00 leaving the showcase at 11.30 to ride out to into the city to Glasgow green (125 friendly route) when we arrive we will form up on the saltmarket, space out the bikes and wait for the march to arrive and pass through us into the park. This has been agreed with the superintendent from police Scotland that’s on duty on Saturday and we have a PLO contact for the event. The point is to create awareness & promote Scottish Independence, it’s hard not to notice a very large group of motorcycles flying our national flag and our own Yesbikers flags. Apparently, the Tory council in Coldstream doesn't like saltires in their town, let's take some YesBikers thunder, flags and all to the town for a socially distanced picnic. Meet up Sheriffhall park and ride Edinburgh at 11.00 leaving 11.30 ride down into the borders stopping for a socially distanced picnic in Coldstream flags on bikes, then cross the border riding over to Berwick-upon-Tweed coming back up the east coast. Please adhere to social distancing of at least 2m from other riders at the start point and in the town, and remember a mask (or keep your lid on) if you're going into any shops to buy yer piece for the picnic. Any riders on L plates attending will be taken on a L plate friendly route from the showcase to the march start lead by Steven Kelly, so if your not able to ride on the M8 please make yourself know to one of us when you arrive at the showcase. The rest of the bikes will be using the motorway from the showcase to the march start. We will be leaving Kelvin way at 11.20 under police bike escort and ride the march route to Glasgow green parking up on Greendyke st. Please share even if you can't attend yourself. We will be meeting up at Sheriffhall park and ride from 11.00 leaving at 11.45 to ride to the event start point in Holyrood Park. We will be forming up on road at the section of queens drive at the roundabout leading out of the park, the march will be on the opposite side facing us, photos will be posted showing our location. We will take part in the people’s saltire world record attempt event on foot then get back to the bikes to be ready to lead the march off at 1 pm. We will set off at a walking pace passing the march until we’re past the parliament then under escort from police Scotland speed up a bit, head up the Royal mile to George the 4th bridge turning left down towards the meadows, we will take the fork to the left heading down potter row to the crossroads of Melville drive. Then turn right follow the police along Melville drive and park on the roadside, we have permission to park along Melville drive next to the meadows this area is under a traffic order for the bikes only to park. We can then wander over and meet the march as they come down middle meadow walk. No bikes permitted in the meadows. Dumfries All Under One Banner March, this saturday, 2nd June 9:30am at Abington services is the meetup point for the yesbikers contingent. We'll have the newly delivered yesbikers flags available at Abington. From Abington services, we will be heading down the B7076 then joining the A701 into Dumfries along the A75 to the retail park to meet riders coming on the A76, quick coffee stop then ride together to white sands, it's a decent ride and 125 friendly. The route for riders heading down with us from Abington services is: Heading out on the A702 onto the B7076 this road follows the motorway and was very clear so we should all stay together, be aware at some parts the road is slightly uneven and can give you a bit of a wobble in places not much but worth a mention. Following this route down to the roundabout just outside Moffat when we join the A701 all the way into Dumfries. We will continue into the A75 and at the second large roundabout we will be turning off onto the A76 turning into the retail park. We will park up In the Tesco car park next to the KFC. All the sop points are Tarmac'd carparks. A Route map into white sands will be put up please have a look just in case the pack splits, a full briefing will be given before we set off and we will also have a copy with us for anyone that's unsure. We will get to the white sands car park in Dumfries about 12.00 to meet the parade as it passes. We'll also have a stall this time at the end of the march in the park at the rally.

23rd of March we are supporting Hands off our parliament (HOOP), We will be meeting up at Sheriffhall park and ride at 12.45 heading into town at 13.00 to a forming up point on Arthur's seat. We will ride from this point down towards the parliament to line the road from the roundabout at the park to past the parliament, we will stop and dismount to face the parliament to give them our thunder. When we are moved on we will mount up, and ride around the two roundabouts between the park and the parliament for a few laps before parking up and taking part in the shields around the parliament at 14.00. Something a bit different for the YesBikers, After sharing this route on the page, some of the guys asked if we could run it. There's no indy event on this day so let's make our own indy Convoy and ride a cracking route, with flags flying, no city traffic to deal with, and what better road that one named after and inspired by the King of Scots Robert The Bruce. Wee bit of Scottish history on the open road. If you missed this year's NC500 indy convoy this is the next best thing. Last day in September, might be the last chance to get a good run before the weather turns wintry, let's make it a good one. Our YesBiker brother Colin Mackie is from around there so suggested we start at New Cumnock and head clockwise, when we get back to the start we can head up to Ardeer to Freedom MCC's new club house. They will have the kitchen open for tea and coffee and maybe a roll. Read about the route below. Exclusive pre release screening of London Calling 'BBC Bias During the 2014 Scottish Independence Referendum' by Alan Knight based on the book by G.A. Ponsonby. Hosted by IndependenceLive.net and supported by our friends on social media, this free screening is intened to provoke discussion around the role of media and encourage media literacy. The event will not be broadcast but 'vox pops' to camera are encouraged as a part of the wider promotion of the documentary / book. All ages welcome.

As marchers take to the streets for the unchain the unicorn rally the YesBikers will bring thunder to the capital you will see us on the day supporting the event in our own special YesBikers way. Starting at ingliston park and ride we'll head into the centre, queen street and Leith Walk. Then do a ride past parliament, unchain the unicorn rally and a bonus lap of Arthur's Seat for a great view of the city. Finishing at the car park next to the loch at arthurs seat across from the rally. As the evenings draw and winter closes on us in this might be your last chance to get out with the yes bikers this year. So lets make it a great one. Hope to see you all there. Bikers against Bullies is a group set up for bikers, but not limited to them. Anyone can get involved ! The aim is to create awareness surrounding bullying and offer support to victims and their families. Our children deserve to be safe, to be empowered and to live their lives without fear. Bullying affects over 43% of children, with a reported 44% being bullied at least once a week. 74% of those bullied report being physically attacked at some point, whilst 17% report some form of sexual assault.
